Sound Healing with Iza Zmudzinska
Iza is a sound therapist at 4body 4 soul. (https://4body4soul.co.uk/)
She is a member of the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists and the Complementary Medical Association. She holds a Sound Therapy Diploma and she also graduated from the Music School in the cello class. Having a solid foundation in the area of music, she started to study the sound, measure it and combine it with other phenomena, and explore its impact on the human body. When she discovered the sound of Tibetan bowls, didgeridoo, tuning forks, tingsha and other instruments, she knew that being a sound therapist was what she really wanted to do.
In sound therapy, Iza combines several basic elements. The foundation is, of course, the sound of Tibetan bowls. She combines it with the gong, breathing, binaural beats, Brazilian crystals, the sounds of tingsha and Solfeggio tuning forks, also aromatherapy. The therapies she performs, apart from their highly healing properties, are also characterized by inducing a state of deep relaxation. Most people find it very difficult to achieve this state on their own.
Iza is offering free sound healing sessions. Please share the link with your friends and family.
*To get the best out of the session, please use the headphone or earphones to get the best quality sound. Make sure that you are lying down on the floor or sitting in the chair comfortably.
